Do I need to replace my accounting software?

No. Neighbour Ops is the operations and resident communication layer — keep QuickBooks, your GL, or your existing accounting tool. Pro plan includes accounting integrations when you're ready.

How does pricing work across a mixed portfolio?

You pay per door across your entire portfolio — condos, townhomes, and single-family homes all count the same. One invoice to you as the PMC, one contract, one relationship.

What does the AI actually read?

You upload each community's CC&Rs, bylaws, rules and regulations, and ARC guidelines. The AI reads only those documents — not the internet — and cites the exact clause in every answer.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Monthly plans are cancel-with-60-days'-notice. Annual plans prepay for a discount. You can add new communities or doors at the agreed per-unit rate at any time.

How are price increases handled?

Annual price increases are capped at CPI + 5% for your existing units. New doors added join at the current rate. No surprise jumps.

What happens when I hit the AI message limit?

You'll get a usage alert before you hit the cap — no surprise cutoffs. Beyond your plan's limit, additional messages are $10 per 1,000. Heavy-usage communities can negotiate pooled overages on Pro.
